Sydney based Bank – Senior Project Manager
The Brief - This popular Australian bank’s incumbent PM handed in their resignation, with just two weeks notice, prompting the need for a fast and efficient replacement to take their place.
The Process – The bank was in the middle of a busy inflight project, and so this role was in need of an urgent fill. When we received the request by AMP for our services, our dedicated consultants worked diligently over the weekend in order to be able to present a suitable candidate to the organisation by Monday.
The Outcome – Not only were we able to present a successful candidate in an extremely short period of time, but we also managed to negotiate successful terms with both parties, so that the incumbent managed to do seven days of a handover period with the new employee prior to them commencing the role.
