Following 22 years of working within the recruitment industry, Chris, alongside sister Janine, decided to take the plunge and set up his own company in 2017 which is what we now know as TaaS (Talent as a Service).

Over Chris’ professional career, he has gained experience which spans from managing in-house recruitment for an IT consultancy and then agency experience in IT, Project Services, Risk & Compliance.

The last 10 years in Sydney Chris has sourced hundereds of talented people for his Banking & Financial Services clients across the disciplines of IT, Project Services, Risk and Compliance.

Janine is a recruitment guru in her own right. English born Janine made the big move to Sydney in 2010 with her son, having never visited the country prior! She has almost 20 years in recruitment experience, with a varied career spanning over two decades.

Originally a HR and Training professional, she got her first taste of recruitment while working in internal recruitment for airline giant British Airways. She then used her experience to transfer into an agency environment.

She has now been residing in Sydney for over 10 years, recruiting primarily within the Accounting and Finance space and therefore bringing a niche set of expertise to the team.

Janine is responsible for the Accounting and Finance division of TaaS

Patricia is a Banking and Financial Services expert. She has built her 30 year career delivering Projects across Investment Banks, Insurance and Super.

A qualified Project Director and Accountant she brings a wealth of expertise in Risk & Compliance (1st, 2nd & 3rd line), Regulatory Reform, Payments, Project Services and Architecture.

Patricia is responsible for key accounts within Banking and Financial Services.
