Financial Services Client – Payments Project team of 7

The Brief: A financial services client of ours were commencing a new digital payments project and required contractors in addition to their permanent staff, They needed a Senior Project Manager, 2 x UX Designers, 2 x Business Analysts, 2 x Technical Business Analysts, a Project Coordinator and a Change Manager.

The Process: As this was such a varied bunch of positions, we scoured through our contacts/database/network. We also thoroughly screened all candidates via phone and face-to-face interviews in order to ensure a high calibre of candidates to present to the client.

The Outcome: We successfully filled all roles within a number of weeks via conducting a minimal amount of interviews with the client. This was largely due to our thorough sourcing process. We believe in quality, not quantity, which is why we only presented a small number of candidates for the interview round.
