The Process: We thoroughly scanned our database for relevant contractors and then held onsite recruitment. We also reviewed the organisations internal applicants to cover all bases. Many employees were being made redundant and therefore detailed reporting was a vital requirement at all times by HR.
The Outcome: We were lucky enough to secure 12 successful candidates in a relatively short space of time. 6 of these were contract staff and 6 were permanent, as per the requirements. 3 months later, we actually recruited a further 4 staff for the client.
