The Process – When this role was left vacant, the fallback on the rest of the team members was major. They were overworked and struggling to meet deadlines, causing projects to fall behind. Therefore, it was crucial to fill this as quickly as possible, but also crucial that the new hire was the perfect fit, in order to avoid going through the rigorous hiring process again.
