The Process – The client had filled this position twice before through another agency, with both candidates resigning within a short period of time. This had left them with a poor perception of recruitment agencies in general and their capabilities.
Therefore, they were currently utilising an external organisation to carry out the necessary functions of this role, along with some assistance from the leadership team. This in turn left these professionals overworked and under pressure. When TaaS Executive were contracted for this assignment, we knew we must get the job done right the first time, to avoid any further frustrations.
The Outcome – The successful candidate we sourced has since passed his probation with flying colours, and is exceeding all expectations. He is a perfect fit for the company culturally, and has ASX experience, as well as the ability to manage teams which are dispersed globally. This has resulted in a strong working relationship forming between us and the client, and has restored the company’s faith in the recruitment industry.
