Fintech Payments Company – Chief Technology Officer (TaaS Executive Search)

The Brief - An Australian based Fintech company, with plans for global expansion in Asia, Europe and New Zealand, required the next level in their IT leadership by way of a CTO.

The Process –  Due to the success of their product, the current IT management was unable to deal with the number of IT projects on hand at any given time, resulting in delays, budget cuts and global expansion plans being put on hold. In order to combat this, they enlisted the help of TaaS Executive to assist them in recruiting a skilled and experienced individual for this newly created CTO role.

The Outcome – Following a thorough search and selection process, TaaS located a candidate who had just returned to Australia from Asia. Our client has found them to be an ‘’excellent fit’’ and has added that since they have commenced the role they have ‘’added value to the business’’ and ‘’improved the culture and engagement amongst the whole IT team.’’ They also noted that their technical skills were ‘’perfect’’.
